Self-Defense with Andrea
MindBody Healing Center Founder/President, Andrea Hilborn is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in the martial arts and became a World Champion Knife Fighter in 2018 (at the age of 48). She'll teach you how to avoid a dangerous situation and handle yourself should the need arise. Her years as a student at Satori Dojo in Phoenixville has allowed her to pass along simple but effective ways to defend yourself, no matter your age or fitness level.
