A monthly space to slow down, turn inward, and set down some of what you’ve been carrying.
Sometimes something in your life feels challenging, stuck, or all tangled up inside. You may find yourself caught in an old pattern, carrying an emotion you can’t seem to move through, or struggling with something you know you cannot change. The Healing Intensive offers a grounded, supportive space for deep inner work, where you can slow down and connect somatically with what has been asking for your attention.
Through guided practices, energy healing, intuitive exploration, and reflection, you’ll be invited to work directly with what you discover within yourself. You’ll learn simple ways to work with your own energy, connect with the different parts of yourself, and listen to what they may be trying to communicate.
