Krista is an intuitive healer and shamanic practitioner who is passionate about deepening our relationship to our bodies, each other, the Earth and to Spirit. During this event, Krista will lead the participants through intention setting, energy healing, shamanic sound healing, guided meditation and visualization, and a sharing circle.
