This class is a slow and gentle bodywork practice designed to deepen your relationship with your body. This class is not about yoga poses; it is about using the tools of mindfulness, awareness and somatic practices so that you can “tend and befriend” your own physicality. You might consider it a sacred and beautiful moving ceremony honoring all that you are and all that is possible.

During this session you will receive the benefits of mindfulness and embodiment practices, as well as energy, healing and manifestation techniques. Many people have said that Krista’s bodywork classes are transformative experiences and that they walk out the door a different person than when they walked in!
