2026 MYSTIC MARKET
VENDOR INFORMATION

                                      OPEN ENROLLMENT WILL BEGIN ON February 5TH!

 

Welcome Vendors!

 

Mystic Market is hosting our Second Annual Mystic Market and we would love for you to be a part of it!  Our event is a  curated outdoor marketplace held on the grounds of Solace Farms Day Retreat, designed to spotlight intuitive practitioners, energy workers, holistic providers, talented artists, and soulful small businesses.

 

Our 2026 season runs on the second Sunday of each month from June 14th through October 11th. This consistent schedule allows us to build a recognizable monthly destination event, strengthen community attendance, and concentrate marketing efforts to support stronger turnout for our vendors.

 

Mystic Market attracts guests seeking readings, healing sessions, handcrafted goods, spiritual tools, artwork, and meaningful experiences. The setting is relaxed, welcoming, and intentionally designed to encourage guests to linger, explore, and engage with vendors.

 

We are seeking vendors who align with our mission of bridging intuition and wellness  businesses that offer quality, authenticity, and heart-centered service.

         General          

Expectations

  • Positive Vibes Only: All vendors are expected to treat fellow vendors, customers, and staff with kindness and respect.

  • Mystic + Handmade Focus: Preference is given to vendors who offer handmade, mystical, holistic, or intuitive goods and services.

  • Family-Friendly Content: All products, displays, and interactions should be appropriate for all ages.

             Setup & Breakdown

  • Arrival & Setup Time: Vendors may arrive as early as 9:30 am for setup. All booths must be fully set up by 10:30 am.

  • Breakdown Begins: After the market officially ends at 4:00 pm. No early breakdowns, please.

  • Vendor Spaces: You’ll be assigned a space upon arrival or notified in advance. Booth locations are non-transferable.

 

                Booth Requirements

  • Bring Your Own Setup: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, generators and display items.

  • Tent Weights Required: If using a tent, you must secure it with appropriate weights (no exceptions for safety reasons). It gets windy on our hill so plan appropriately.  

  • Clean Up: Leave your space cleaner than you found it—no trash or product left behind.

           Payments & Fees

  • Vendor Fee is due upon registration approval to hold your spot.

  • Payment accepted through Venmo at Andrea-Hilborn-1, cash, or check

  • Insufficient funds for check will result in any bank fees paid by vendor plus $35 to Solace Farms Day Retreat. 

  • Cancellations: Fees are non-refundable.

  • Licensing & Taxes: Vendors are responsible for complying with any local licensing, sales tax, or business requirements.

  • All vendors offering a service are required to carry general liability insurance and may be asked to provide proof upon registration. Solace Farms and Mystic Market assume no responsibility for any claims or damages arising from vendor participation.

  • While it is not required, it is strongly suggested that all vendors selling merchandise carry property insurance. Solace Farms and Mystic Market assume no responsibility for any claims or damages arising from vendor participation.

 

         OFFERINGS

  • Intuitive Readers & Healers: Please note that all practitioners must provide clear signage for pricing and services and must adhere to ethical standards.

  • No Open Flames: Candles for sale are allowed, but please do not burn them during the market unless approved.

  • Food Vendors must have all health/safety certifications and insurance.

 

 Promotion & Participation

  • Help Us Spread the Word: We’ll promote the market through Solace Farms channels, but we encourage all vendors to share the event with your audiences!

  • No-Shows: Please notify us ASAP if you are unable to attend so we can plan accordingly. Repeat no-shows will not be invited back.

Space & Pricing

 

 

                                                         

 

                                                               SPACE PRICING IS AS FOLLOWS:

 

Full Season (Best Value)

$400 (only $80 per week)

On your application, you’ll be able to indicate your preferred setup location of indoor, lawn, or covered porch.

Please note that indoor and porch spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly.

To create a consistent and recognizable experience for our guests, vendors will remain in the same assigned location throughout the entire season.

                                                                       Single Day Rate

                                                     $90 per day

Single-day participation offers flexibility for vendors with full summer and fall schedules. These spaces are located on our front lawn and back lot.

Because availability is limited and placement is curated for flow and visibility, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can secure the best fit for your business.
