Awaiken Bodywork Series with Krista Bowman

This class is a slow and gentle bodywork practice designed to deepen your relationship with your body. This class is not about yoga poses; it is about using the tools of mindfulness, awareness and somatic practices so that you can “tend and befriend” your own physicality. You might consider it a sacred and beautiful moving ceremony honoring all that you are and all that is possible. 

If you would like to stay a little while longer and bask in the afterglow of class, there will be a potluck to follow. If you are planning on staying for the potluck, please bring a food item to share with the group, your own plate, utensils, water bottle, and a mug for tea.
