HELD: Energy Healing + Nervous System Support

There are times when we've been carrying so much for so long that we forget what it feels like to truly rest. HELD is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and spend an hour being supported, nurtured, and cared for.

We begin by opening sacred space and calling in compassionate spiritual support, including nature allies and helping spirits. After setting intentions for the session, you'll be guided through a gentle body scan and progressive relaxation process that helps the body soften, the mind grow quieter, and the nervous system settle.

As you rest comfortably, medicine stones are placed on or around the body where they are needed most. These stones help support grounding, relaxation, and balance in areas that may feel depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck. Healing…
